Position Purpose The technical email specialist is a critical role within the Retention and Crm team and is responsible for implementing email campaigns using our in-house email campaign management tool other responsibilities will be to assist with campaign build targeting analysis and planning. Responsibilities To implement email campaigns using our in-house email campaign tool To assist the data exec with the set-up and build of email campaigns To assist the data planning manager with campaign planning requirements To assist the marketing analysts with campaign reporting To build relationships with other areas of the business reinforcing the departments expertise in the area of database marketing Key Experience and Attributes Meticulous attention to detail Can-do attitude and a happy demeanour Persistence to see projects through to delivery Good knowledge of Html and email template design Experience in using bulk email mailing tools Some experience in marketing data manipulation and campaign list selections Knowledge of database marketing and direct marketing an advantage Experienced user of Excel Access and PowerPoint Effective prioritisation skills and an ability to perform well under pressure A willingness to work flexibly and an ability to adapt in a fast moving environment Drive enthusiasm and confidence Knowledge of and a keen interest betting and gamin would be desirable Betfair does not accept Us customers funds or bets we have followed industry best practice.
