A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at a Software Publishing house based in Central London.
This World leading organisation is looking for a Technical Analyst with excellent datawarehousing experience to assist in the delivery of world class electronic products for the technical, scientific and publishing market.
You will be working as part of a well established marketing team where your main focus will be to develop and maintain state of the art systems that will enable the delivery of timely and commercially focused business information to the marketing community.
This will be done through appropriate use of technical skills and resources available to you that may consist of support, configuration and training of all marketing systems applications.
You will also be on hand to provide 2nd Line Support to clients on any marketing issues that may arise.
They are looking for someone who is extremely proactive and methodical and who has excellent problem solving and communication skills. It is vital that you are very customer focused as they have a huge client base so it is very important that you understand each individual?s needs and are able to provide a solution to satisfy both short and long term objectives.


Skills
The successful candidate must be educated to graduate calibre and will have proven experience in an analytical role.
Strong technical experience of SQL , Oracle, ASP, ASP.NET, VB Script and database design is essential as is a good understanding of datawarehousing.
Some Data Analysis and enhancement knowledge would be advantageous for this requirement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role as you will be liaising with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.
