Responsibilities Provide 2nd line technical support and plan co-ordinate and deliver on It projects for all of Matsco Solutions clients particularly those within the small to medium sized business practice. Provide technical training (when required) to client user groups. Researching new technologies. Act as a point of contact on complex technical matters for other Engineers within the Matsco Solutions Engineering Team. Experience Technical Requirements At least four to five years It industry experience including at least three years in a server support environment. Possesses a background in consulting Or is experienced in liaising and advising a small to medium sized internal client group across multiple sites. Possesses a good standard of education and relevant qualifications such as an Mcse Mcp Ccna etc. A background from banking or financial services sector preferred but not essential.
