You will be expected to resolve technical problems over the telephone remotely or by the allocation of an onsite engineer. All incoming support calls will need to be logged and need to be resolved within set Service Level Agreements (Slas Know when to escalate faults to onsite engineers/3rd parties. On occasions you may be required to work offsite at customer locations sometimes during unsociable hours. Desirable Skills Configure routers and hardware firewalls (Cisco Pix/Asa Troubleshooting the following software Symantec (Formerly Veritas) Backup Exec McAfee VirusScan Enterprise and GroupShield Microsoft Sql Server.
