Great opportunity to work for the President Founder of a global private equity firm in the heart of Mayfair. This is an extremely varied position. You will act as Personal Assistant to the President and Founder of the company who works out of the London office. Duties will include organising plenty of travel and hotels diary management processing expenses arranging meetings and screening emails/post. You will also be responsible for the day to day running of the London office this will include duties such as ordering stationery supplies and reporting any problems. In addition you will be responsible for payment of all company invoices business expenses and salaries and maintaining records of all financial transactions. In return you will receive an excellent salary with working hours of 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday in a beautiful part of London very near Hyde Park Oxford Street and Marble Arch. Skills required Good working knowledge of Outlook and Excel Organised efficient well presented Able to work alone and act on initiative (you will be on your own in the office a lot of the time 3 years previous Pa experience To start Monday 18th June.
