Symantec Anti-Virus (Enterprise Edition) and Isa 2004 servers are in place for security. We are looking for an It Support person /administrator to support our systems and 20 staff. Reporting to the Publishing Director the role of It Support Administrator will provide support maintenance and installation activities for It infrastructure. The role will involve providing full support for Ms Office Windows Operating System 2003/Xp Exchange Outlook Tcp/Ip in-house applications network troubleshooting and routine server health checks and data backup. Candidates will have previous experience gained on system and user support with a broad understanding of It infrastructure and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Demonstration of excellent problem-solving and networking knowledge will be necessary. Knowledge of Macs and databases would be an advantage.
