We are looking to recruit a Dutch speaker to join our friendly multilingual Customer Service Team. Your daily duties will include Answering inbound calls speaking to people in Dutch and English and taking their flower orders for delivery in Holland or rest of world Making outbound calls to customers answering their queries Liaise with the Team Leader for example escalating any customer queries or complaints Liasing with our team of dutch florists in Holland to ensure flowers will be delivered Writing emails to customers Candidates should be fluent in Dutch and English Be able to work Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm for 40 hours a week Have an excellent Telephone Manner.
