A specialist Market Research Agency in Windsor has an excellent opportunity for an Associate director work in their qualitative research department. You will be working within a small team of researchers on ad hoc qualitative research projects for brands and multinational companies.

Your main function will be to lead, guide and direct qualitative research projects that you are working on including; project design, sampling, analysis and interpretation, making recommendations and conclusions and conducting the final presentation of results that meet the objectives of the client. You be in charge of managing a small team of RE/SRE/RM?s and be responsible for the training of junior colleagues. You maybe involved in contributing to the running of workshops for both staff and clients on particular topics and methods. As Associate Director you will also be supporting senior members in continuing to grow business through writing of insightful proposals and the delivering of meaningful results.

The ideal candidate should have in depth experience in Qualitative methodologies and an understanding of Quantitative research from working in a market research agency. You should have excellent research, communication and organisation skills and be confident in liaising with clients. Previous knowledge of the retail sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
